FAQ

How do I find the studio?

The studio is located at 247 chemin Louis-Pépin in Amherst, on a private road in a residential area. Note that Google Maps and Apple Maps may not pinpoint the exact location — the number 247 is visible from the road on your left.

Can I buy pieces on site?

Yes — pieces are available for sale at the studio. Visitors are welcome during opening hours. Credit cards and cash accepted. I also ship across Canada (shipping charges apply).

Can I visit the studio without an appointment?

Opening hours are updated regularly on my Google Business Profile — check them before making the trip. Walk-ins are welcome during posted hours, but a quick call ahead is always appreciated: I may be holding a class or need a moment to prepare the space.

How do I book a workshop?

Workshops are booked online through the shop: https://shop.lespetitspotstremblant.ca/en/collections/cours-et-ateliers

Do I need experience to attend a workshop?

No — Discovery sessions are open to everyone, no experience required. Open Studio sessions are reserved for those who already have some ceramics experience, whether with me or elsewhere.

Will I leave with a finished piece?

It depends on the activity. Discovery sessions are exploratory — you won’t leave with a finished piece. Open Studio sessions and multi-day workshops are more structured and include completed pieces.
Note: ceramics is a multi-step process — unfired pieces are not durable without a subsequent firing.

Are children welcome?

Children accompanied by an adult are welcome. That said, children under 10 may not fully appreciate the experience. I do not currently offer activities specifically designed for children.
